Shall I serve dessert? Something cool and sweet. A generous scoop of vanilla ice cream topped with a dark chocolate sauce and served on a sparkling cut glass dish.

It's about time for dessert. Something chocolate mint I should think. I love the aroma of sweet refreshing chocolate mint, don't you? What shall it be? Chocolate mint cookies do so well with coffee and after dinner drinks. Chocolate mint ice cream is always delightful. Wait! I've got ! We'll have a pan full of wonderful chocolate mint brownies,  still soft and warm from the  oven.

It's about time for dessert. It's winter and cold outside. Perhaps, we should serve something hot and comforting. But, let's go counter intuituive. How about an icy moscatel snow - sweet moscatel wine over finely shaved ice served with luscious red strawberries. Brrrrr!

I have a hankering for a nice piece of Key Lime Pie. I love the taste of limes, don't you? This pie has a sweet Graham-cracker crust and a meringue topping. Key Lime Pie is best served with a glass of milk. Pour a tall glass and enjoy.

I am learning to love Autumn. Its a season we don't have in Hawaii. This will be my third autumn in the northeast, and I glory in the fall colors, the harvest, the crisp cool air, and the WORLD SERIES. Autumn has its own sweets - candy apples and candy corn and pumpkin pie. For today's dessert, lets have a nice serving of pumpkin pie, shall we?
